No. The set-up charge only applies if you add your logo or facility name. If you only want the event logo, then you will not pay a set-up charge.

If I order several different products from the catalog and want to add my logo or facility name to each product, will I just pay one set-up charge?
The set-up charge applies to each item. For example: if you order two different items and personalize each one, then you will pay the set-up charge listed for each item.

Absolutely! We can locate and imprint just about any item you are searching for. You will have to order the factory minimum for that item, but we are happy to work with you on special products.

Will it speed up production time if I order the factory minimum and do not personalize with my facility name?
No. Factory drop shipped items will be imprinted once the order is placed. The production time will be the same with or without the facility personalization added.

Will I receive a receipt for my credit card order?
Yes. A receipt will be e-mailed to you once the credit card is processed

Can I have items shipped to multiple addresses?
Yes; however, there will be a fee for each drop ship location.

What is the standard production time?
Personalized orders typically require 10 - 15 business days production time plus shipping time. Some factories do offer a rush service, but an additional charge may apply for rush service. Call (800) 822-1923 for complete details on a specific item.

Are there discounts on larger quantities?
Large quantity, non-personalized orders should also use the personalized quantity price breaks listed for each item; however, these orders will not incur the personalization set-up charge. For orders greater than the quantities listed, please call (800) 822-1923.
